Initiate Transmission
Access our encrypted returns portal using your order ID and sector email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure the Cargo
Place the items back in their original protective shielding and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Dispatch to HQ
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package at any authorized courier outpost for transport back to our central hub.
